Good herbaceous and spicy aromas. Very sweet flavours overall, interesting yet subtle. Very mild but lingering peppery finish.

I visited Cradle Coast Olives and purchased a Paragon Extra Virgin Olive Oil after tasting various samples. The lovely owners were so proud of their medals and progress since they first started. The Paragon extra virgin clings to the bottle like a very good red wine but does not overpower food flavours.It is the best olive oil I have ever tasted - and it's good for you.
