In 2011 this label was changed to a blend incorporating Paragon and South Australian Verdale, an Italian and French variety respectively. This is the second of our oils to have taken out the coveted prize in olive oil circles - the Carol l'Heureux Trophy for Best Oil of Show at the 15th National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Show in 2011.
"Herbaceous menthol, woody complex aromas. Bitter salad leaves, grassy, spicy in the mouth with good complexity. Low bitterness and late chilli pungency that persists."
